The Body as Home is a collection of embodied workshops exploring safety, presence, boundaries, and connection through lived experiences. These spaces invite a slow return to the body as a place of orientation, choice, and belonging. The work is somatic, relational, and paced with care- participation is always optional, and listening to own rhythm is part of the practise. Each workshop explores one theme and is a stand alone workshop. However the topics overlap and build on each other, allowing the body to learn over time, not all at once.

The Ritual of Manifestation
Join in for The Ritual of Manifestation where we together manifest the outcomes of our becoming for the future we live in.
The educational work centers on cyclical living- the understanding that bodies, creativity, and energy move in rhythms rather than in straight lines. This work is relevant for everyone- because all bodies and all living systems are cyclical by nature. The intention is to offer the language, context, and perspective that help reconnect bodily rhythms with how we live, work, and relate in a world that often values constant productivity over natural cycles.
Cyclical Living talk coming in May
Somatic experiencing is a body-based approach that supports regulation, capacity, and presence by working with lived experience rather than stories alone. In these sessions, we pay attention to sensations, movement, and subtle shifts in the nervous system, allowing the body to process and integrate at its own pace. The work is gentle, relational and guided by what feels available in the moment.

Sessions last around 90 minutes, allowing time to arrive, work slowly, and integrate.Contribution is flexible and agreed upon together, with attention to capacity, availability, and what feels sustainable for both of us.If you are curious or would like to explore whether this work is supportive for you, you are welcome to reach out for more information.Email: [email protected]
Body Casting is an intimate sculpting practise exploring the body as material, memory, and ritual object. The process focus on presence, consent, and slowness- allowing body cast to emerge as personal artefact rather than representation. Each piece is shaped through collaboration, attunement, and care for body.

How do I approach it
I see body casting as exploratory practise rather than a fixed offering. I am open to wok with individuals and contexts where curiosity, care, and consent are shared, and where the process can unfold without pressure to perform or rush.If this resonates and you would like to experience or explore this work together, feel free to reach out.Email: [email protected]
We were burned, we were shamed.
Now we take our fire back.
Now we burn our shame away.
What is Altar of Cunts
Altar of Cunts is a long‑term ritual art project and living altar.Through wax vulva casting, candle‑making, and a final ceremonial burning, shame is transformed into fire — and fire into liberation. This is remembrance. Repair. Embodied resistance.
The process
1. Consent — before anything begins, all participants read and sign a consent form. This ensures clarity, safety, and agency throughout the process.2. Casting — a vulva cast is created using body-safe materials
3. Wax — the cast becomes a wax vulva candle
4. Naming — participants may name what is being released
5. Exhibition — candles gather into a living altar
6. Burning — the altar culminates in a ceremonial burn
Long‑term vision
The altar will gather at least 111 vulva candles. The project unfolds slowly and intentionally. The exhibition happens when the altar is complete.
How to participate
Vulva owners
You can participate directly by creating a vulva cast and contributing to the altar. Participation is free.Non-vulva owners
You can participate by supporting the project through:* Donating materials (wax, especially- leftover candles)
* Contributing financially to production, space, transport, and exhibition costs
* Sharing, witnessing, and amplifying the projectThis altar is collective.
What remains
This is not about destruction. What melts was never meant to be carried.
What burns makes space for what lives.
What it means to me
This altar is deeply personal. It comes from my own relationship with the body, with shame, with pleasure, and with the long lineage of silence and control carried through vulva-owning bodies.I am creating Altar of Cunts to return dignity to the vulva — not as an object, a symbol, or a performance, but as a place of truth.A place where pleasure and grief coexist. Where rage and softness are not opposites. Where ancestry lives in tissue, memory, and blood. This work lives at the intersection of art, ritual, somatic practice, and collective healing. It is not about shock. It is about honesty.I believe fire knows how to transform what we cannot carry alone. The altar is waiting.

I create embodied spaces rooted in somatic awareness, consent, and cyclical living. My work is shaped by a long-term engagement with the body- through movement, ritual, facilitation, and artistic practise- and by a deep respect for individual pacing and choice.

My background includes somatic exploration, facilitation of group workshops, and artistic practises centred on the body. I draw inspiration from the nature, movement-based inquiry, and cyclical perspectives on life and creativity.
I see this work as ongoing - shaped by listening, leaning, and the body itself.

I work slow and with care. The spaces I hold prioritise nervous-system safety, agency and respect for personal boundaries. Participation is always optional, and listening to one's own rhythm is considered part of the work.If something here resonates and you feel a pull to connect, you are warmly invited to reach out. Questions, reflections, collaboration ideas, or gentle feedback are always welcome.-Iveta
